Free Standard Shipping to USA and Puerto Rico with any orders over $100.

Free Shipping on USA Orders ships out in 10-25 Business days excluding 2-3 business days for processing

Express shipping : 5-20 Business Days excluding 2-3 business days for processing

International shipping is 10-30 Business Days excluding  2-3 Days for Processing

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns and Refunds:

Once order has been submitted no "Cancellations" or "refunds" will be allowed.

We offer store Credit or exchanges ONLY! NO REFUNDS! 

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of order being delivered.

No returns or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or custom made products. To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, your item must be unused, Unworn, no perfume smell, and in the same condition that it was received.

You are only allowed to exchange once per order. So please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions regarding the sizes. 

We always strive to keep the website updated. In the case that one of the items is out of stock we will provide you with a gift card in the value of the item so that the client can pick any other style.

EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your store credit. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future purchase. Regular shipping fees apply to your exchange order. No refunds given.
