Free Shipping on USA Orders ships out in 10-25 Business days excluding 2-3 business days for processing

Express shipping : 5-20 Business Days excluding 2-3 business days for processing

International shipping is 10-30 Business Days excluding  2-3 Days for Processing

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

Returns and Refunds:
Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations and Refunds: Once an order has been submitted, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

2. Store Credit or Exchanges: We offer store credit or exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.

3. Return Period: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the order being delivered.

4. Exclusions: Undergarments, swimwear, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for store credit or an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, without any perfume smell, and in the same condition as it was received.

5. Time Limit for Exchanges: No exchanges will be possible after 7 days of receipt of items.

6. Return Authorization: We do not accept any packages without prior email confirmation or authorization. Please send us an email at info@pinkappledresses.com or pinkappledresses@gmail.com if you need to return a package.

7. Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping fees for any returned items, as well as any items that are re-shipped as part of an exchange.

8. Exchange Limit: You are only allowed to exchange once per order. If you have any questions regarding sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.

9. Out of Stock Items: We always strive to keep our website updated. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will provide you with a gift card in the value of the item, allowing you to choose any other style.

11. Exchange Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your store credit. You can use this credit towards any future purchase. Regular shipping fees apply to your exchange order. No refunds will be given.

12. Discount Limit: Only one discount per order is allowed.
